Dr. Brad Buckley serves as the Managing Partner of Killeen Veterinary Clinic.  Buckley was born and raised in the greater Killeen area, attended school in Killeen and is a 1985 graduate of CE Ellison High School.  He received a B.S. in Veterinary Science (Magna Cum Laude) in 1989 and a D.V.M. (Magna Cum Laude) in 1993 from Texas A&M University.  Dr. Buckley provides a wide-range of professional services to his clients and patients with an emphasis on internal medicine and ultrasonography.
 
Having a strong belief in service to one’s community, Buckley is a former member of the Killeen I.S.D. Board of Trustees, a past Chairman of the Board of the Greater Killeen Chamber of Commerce and a current board member of the Peaceable Kingdom Retreat for Children.  He is also a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Texas Veterinary Medical Association and the North Central Texas Veterinary Medical Association.  Buckley’s hobbies include raising, training and showing cutting horses.
 
Dr. Buckley, wife Susan and their children (Emily, Erin and Bo) share their Salado ranch with horses, cows, Blue Bell the Great Dane and their cats Zoe and Devil Cat.
 
 
 
 
 
    Dr. Keri Hill Jones graduated from Texas A&M University with an Animal Science degree (Magna Cum Laude) in 2001 and Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine (Summa Cum Laude) in 2005. Dr. Jones joined the staff at Killeen Veterinary Clinic in June of 2007. Her interests include surgery, internal medicine, and client education.  She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Texas Veterinary Medical Association and the North Central Texas Veterinary Medical Association.
 
Dr. Jones has been married to her husband, Robert, for 7 years and they have a 2 year old daughter, Adison. Their other children include 4 dogs: Boston terrier, Zeena, blue heeler, Confederate, an English bulldog, Major, and Cash, the one-eyed Yorkie. In her free time Dr. Jones enjoys spending time with family and friends, yard work, watching sports, especially Aggie football, and playing with her new toy, a 1983 CJ7 Jeep.
 
 
 
 
Dr. David Smonko grew up in Killeen and is a 1990 graduate of Killeen High School. He received his B.S. in Animal Science from Texas A&M University in 1995 and his D.V.M from Oklahoma State University in 2004. Dr. Smonko joined the staff at Killeen Veterinary Clinic in June of 2005. Dr. Smonko’s primary interests include dermatology, cytology, preventative medicine and internal medicine. He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Texas Veterinary Medical Association and the North Central Texas Veterinary Medical Association.
 
Dr. Smonko and his wife Kristie live in Harker Heights with their two boys Wade and Justin, and their German shepherd named Happy. Dr. Smonko enjoys the outdoors and loves to hunt, fish and ride his Harley.
 
 Dr Micah Bishop grew up in Killeen and attended Ellison High School, graduating in 1997. He then went to Texas A&M University where he completed his undergraduate work. He attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine where he obtained his DVM degree in 2005. Upon completion he pursued an internship at the University of Minnesota and then in 2006 began a PhD program in small animal gastroenterology at the Gastrointestinal Laboratory at Texas A&M University. He currently had 5 peer reviewed publications in the veterinary literature and travels nationally and internationally to giving presentations on his research.  He began working at Killeen Veterinary Clinic in high school and through out college. He now works on Thursdays as a veterinarian while he finishes his PhD program. He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Comparative Gastroenterology Society and has a special interest in hereditary pancreatitis in dogs and other genetic disease.
 
Dr Bishop and his wife Aubrey (also a vet) live in Houston with one dog Henry. They enjoy traveling internationally and grow cattleyas and other orchids for show.
